About Lana

I decided to call Summit County my home in the summer of 1997, when I came here on vacation. Before relocating, I graduated from The Institute of Business Management in Minsk, Belarus, with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Relations. I am also tri-lingual; fluent in Russian, Polish and English.

My career in real estate began with Ten Mile Title, Inc. in 1998. Ten Mile Title is a locally owned company where I worked as an escrow officer. In this position, I learned a great deal about Colorado real estate, especially residential and land transactions, and 1031 exchanges. In 2000, I joined Intrawest Resort Development Group as the Closing Coordinator. I worked on all of the new developments and resale transactions at Copper Mountain Resort. During my first year with Intrawest, I handled closings of three new buildings, which was nearly 200 transactions.

As a homeowner in Summit County with nine years of real estate experience in the area, I am confident in my knowledge and expertise. I have both personal and professional experience in Summit County and would look forward to helping you with your real estate goals.
